Set Up
Move furniture and cover with plastic sheeting. Protect all flooring with drop cloths. Protect counter-tops, cabinets, railings, etc with drop cloth and plastic sheeting.
Preparation
Voids, holes, cracks, and imperfections filled and repaired. Other prep work specific to the customer’s outlined project scope.
Paint Application
Prime any imperfections and new construction surfaces for best paint adhesion. Apply quality products for a consistent professional finish.
Clean Up
Furniture and accessories are placed to original positions. Floors are cleaned. All project tools, equipment, and trash is removed from the site. Final inspection walk through.

As per your proposal, areas are hot water power washed to remove dirt, mildew, algae and grime. More pressure is applied to large hard-to-reach areas.
Surface Preparation
Based on your proposal, all loose paint is scraped and all glossy areas are scuff sanded. All gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusions.
Paint Application
Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to an uniform professional finish.
Clean Up
Complete clean up is performed, including trash removal and sweeping of paint chips.

After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work, ask questions, and get care advice.
